Our App(s) may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile devices unique device ID if allowed by the mobile device OS provider, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browsers you use and information about the way you use the App(s).
Additionally, if you have given your consent to us to collect geo-location data (e.g., zip code or city), when you use the App(s), we may use GPS technology (or other similar technology) to determine your current location in order to provide the functionality of the App(s) to you and to determine the city you are located within. We will not share your current location with any third parties except for law enforcement as discussed below in the section on Disclosure of Personally Identifiable Information. If after you have provided your consent to allow us to collect geo-location data, you no longer want us to use your location for the purposes set forth above, you should turn off the location services for the mobile application located in your account settings or in your mobile phone settings and/or within the App(s).
We may use your personally identifiable information to deliver our information you have requested, verify your authority to enter certain password protected areas of the Site, and improve the content and general administration of the Site and our services and to send targeted advertisements to you within the App(s).
BodyScript recognizes the privacy interests of children and we encourage parents and guardians to take an active role in their children’s online activities and interests. Neither our Site nor our services are intended for children under the age of 13. BodyScript does not target its services or this Site to children under 13. BodyScript does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13.
We use both session ID cookies and persistent cookies on our Site. A session ID cookie expires when you close your browser. A persistent cookie remains on your hard drive for an extended period of time. You can remove persistent cookies by following directions provided in your Internet browser’s “help” file.
On our Site, we use session cookies to make it easier for you to navigate the Site by saving your preferences and to improve and track the overall Site experience. For our password-protected areas of the Site, we set a persistent cookie to help authenticate your login and authorization to use the password-protected areas. If you reject cookies, you may still use our Site, but your ability to use some areas of our Site may be limited.
The Site may track the total number of visitors to our Site, the number of visitors to each page of our Site, browser type, IP addresses, External Web Sites (defined below) linked to and other aggregated data.
